Order Tracking

Packaging & Product Care
All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive clean and in excellent condition.
Some soft toys may be vacuum-packed for protection during transit and will return to their original shape once opened.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

Missed Deliveries

The customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
Returned items will be refunded (excluding shipping), and a new order must be placed to re-ship the item.
Post-Dispatch Responsibility

Lost or Delayed Orders

An order is considered lost if it has not arrived within:

In some cases, customers may be required to arrange final delivery or collect their parcel from a local depot or post office.
Failure to collect the parcel may result in the item being returned. Refunds will be issued for the item only (excluding shipping).
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it:
